Parker Dental Associates Meets Extreme Makeover Team

Dr. David E. Parker and his team, Lee Pratt and Nicole Parker, just returned from an intense weekend with Dr. Bill Dorfman and the Extreme Makeover Team at the Discus Dental 2004 Las Vegas Extravaganza. Keynote motivational speakers, former New York City Mayor, Rudy Giuliani and Football Hall of Fame quarterback, Terry Bradshaw highlighted the weekend. To get the Extravaganza started, The Las Vegas Second Baptist Church Gospel Choir performed an unforgettable rendition of “God Bless America”. Following the Choir, Terry Bradshaw gave a speech on leadership and teamwork filled with humorous stories from his days playing football. Mayor Giuliani gave a powerful speech where he discussed his key principles of leadership. His speech ended and the entire audience sang “Happy Birthday” to Time Magazine’s 2001 Person of the Year who celebrated his Birthday that weekend. The conference, geared toward cosmetic dentistry, featured a panel discussion with the Extreme Makeover Team from ABC’s hit series, moderated by model and actress Brooke Burke. It also featured lectures with the some of the most respected professionals in dentistry. Discus Dental highlighted the latest technology in cosmetic dentistry, the use of lasers in dentistry and the BreathRX oral hygiene system.

He is one of the only dentists in the Northeast to have completed the all of the courses offered by The Hornbrook Group.
