I walked into your office several months ago with no expectations, and a dream and prayer were answered in a miraculous way!  You returned part of me back to me.  In your calm, soothing way you made me fell like part of your family; you took me under your wing and blessed me with an amazing gift!!!!!

All the steps along the way you assured me that everything would be okay and put me at ease.  You made me comfortable along with making me feel safe.
